Our gin botanicals smelt so good coming out of the vapour basket in the still that we decided we couldn't let them go to waste and so our gin salt range was born.
The botanicals are coarsely ground and blended with rock salt to create an aromatic gin salt with juniper, citrus and coriander notes adding a boost of flavour to your meat dishes and breakfast omelettes!
The range of salts available will reflect the current gins in production.
All gin salts contain nuts (almonds, chestnuts).
