Our wild foraged plums have found a new life following their steeping in the sour birch Gin for 3 months. Nicknamed “party plums” they pack a punch and served in our sweet berry liqueur they are the perfect mimosa charger.
To serve, simply pop in a flute glass with a little liqueur and top with fizz of your choice.
