Shipping policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@ladbroken.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We are constantly evaluating our packaging and mailing materials to ensure we provide the best service possible. This includes using recycled, recovered or recyclable packaging materials where possible to protect the goods inside. We also accept return of packaging items for future re-use if in good condition.

Shipping Timeframes

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Australian postal and courier services are currently experiencing significant postal delays delays due to fuel crisis impacts that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Simple flat rate shipping: We offer $12.95 flat rate shipping for orders nationwide.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 and within the 2653 and 2611 postcodes.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

In-store pickup

Collection from cellar door is available during our cellar door open hours.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, (if not using local delivery) you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
