A medley of local berries gently steeped in our Signature dry gin creates this delicate drop reminiscent of summers in the garden. Blackberries and blueberries are the heroes of this gin with their rich fruity tartness enhanced by star anise, and cinnamon left to infuse for several months.
Plenty of scratches were endured when picking these berries but it was an honorable sacrifice for this exquisite gin!
Enjoy neat over ice (or icecream) or add a dash of tonic or soda for a long drink.
