 An adventurous and bright "London dry" style gin made with lashings of juniper brought to life with our blend of traditional and native botanicals. Coriander, mountain pepperberry, and liquorice root combine with hints of almond, cassia, lavender, lemon myrtle and hibiscus to give a refreshingly smooth and creamy gin. Dangerously drinkable and perfect for pairing with tonic, a slice of cucumber and friends at any time of year.
