Cool mountain forests are places that inspire contemplation and creativity, both elements that are captured in this pine forward gin. Green resinous notes lead into soft earthy tones balanced with sweet and savoury highlights and a warm spicy finish.

This gin is a tribute to the majestic Sugar Pine Walk at Laurel Hill, that was lost to the Black Summer Bush Fires in 2020. The remaining Pilot Hill arboretum is a natural cathedral and wonderful place to visit, connect with your creative self and let loose your adventurous spirits.
